Grouping data

In the search box, click the icon at the end of the box to show the grouping section (group by):

• Click the criterion you want to group by:

• To group on several levels: you can click several criteria; the grouping order follows the order in which you clicked them:

• The data after grouping:

• Use this icon to expand the detailed data or collapse it back into groups. If you grouped on several levels, click it repeatedly to expand or collapse one level at a time:
