Purpose
Fuel standards declare the standard fuel consumption for each vehicle. The system uses this data to calculate and cross-check fuel costs.
Access
Menu: Driver salary > Configuration > Fuel standards
The list shows the effective date, the standard (litres / 100 km) and the vehicle it applies to.
Creating a fuel standard
Step 1
Click New.
Step 2
Declare the standard information.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Effective date | Date the standard starts applying. |
| Standard (litres / 100 km) | Standard fuel consumption. |
| Vehicle | Vehicle the fuel standard applies to. If left empty, the system applies the current standard to every vehicle by default. |
Step 3
Click Save manually to save.
