Purpose
Monthly default salary is used to declare a salary or allowance by effective date for the driver or the vehicle it applies to.
Access
Menu: Driver salary > Monthly default salary
The list screen shows the monthly default salary records already declared.
Creating a monthly default salary
Step 1
Click New.
Step 2
Enter the general information and the scope it applies to.

| Effective date | Date it starts applying. |
| Item | Type of salary or allowance. |
| Amount | Amount that applies. |
| Description | Additional notes, if any. |
| Driver | Driver it applies to. |
| Vehicle | Vehicle it applies to. |
Step 3
Click Save manually to finish.
